Intake interview and language assessment
Following an initial evaluation of your company’s general requirements, participants are interviewed and assessed individually to determine their specific needs and areas for improvement. The results enable us to put together groups and draw up the tailor-made lessons to meet the specific aims of each participant.
Where participants have differing language levels, it is possible to provide additional material and/or private tuition before each groups lesson to help get everyone to the required level as quickly as possible.
Course duration
The length of the language courses offered by CumLingua is set as part of the initial evaluation of your requirements. Our experience is shows that short courses of 16 weeks of 2 hours lessons work well in busy organisations. Continuity and the commitment of participants are important aspects in determining the success of a course. A mid-course evaluation and constant feedback between trainer and students help ensure participants gain the most from the course.
